Sebastian Juncadella is a Sales and Leasing Associate specializing in office, industrial, retail and land transactions. Sebastian combines technical skills, comprehensive financial analyses and a deep knowledge of the South Florida community to provide a superior level of service to his customers. Since joining Fairchild Partners in 2013, Sebastian has been involved in some of the most recognized transactions in Miami-Dade County, representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords.
Sebastian was part of the team representing Facebook Latin America for new offices in Brickell. He represented the landlord in Amazon.com’s first procurement center in Airport West. He represented Prudential for a record-breaking land sale to Bringer in Doral. Also in Doral, Sebastian took on the McGilvray land sale, a landmark re-positioning from an industrial use to retail property, doubling the sales proceeds for his customer and again achieving a record market price. In Transal Logistics Center, a state-of-the-art 218,000 SF industrial park, Sebastian helped achieve full occupancy within six months of obtaining the certificate of occupancy by securing eight national and international brand tenants. Sebastian was part of the team representing Terreno, procuring the successful long-term lease to Synergy Custom Fixtures, which earned them the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida’s (CIASF) “2015 Industrial Transaction of the Year” Award. At Miami Gardens Business Park, he successfully represented TA Realty Associates in taking the asset from 60% occupancy to full occupancy in record time. On the retail side, he represented Perry Ellis in the leasing of their 50,000 SF facility to Ambar Motors in West Dade, and also served them as a tenant representative for the leasing of 3,800 SF of retail space for their outlet store.
Currently, Sebastian is part of the leasing team at Kendall Summit, a 173,000 SF office park that recently attracted Lennox Global Industries. He has participated in retail and office leases on Miracle Mile and other Coral Gables locations. He is actively pursuing industrial tenants for America’s Gateway Industrial in Doral and Centergate at Gratigny in Hialeah.
As Director of Membership for CIASF from 2015-2016, Sebastian was instrumental in implementing a campaign that doubled the association membership. Sebastian is a member of RCA-Miami, the commercial arm of the Miami Association of Realtors (MAR). He volunteers for the Annual CREW-Miami Fishing Tournament, a fundraising event benefitting scholarships for women entering the commercial real estate field.
Sebastian is passionate about education; upon graduating college, he spent a year living in Micronesia, teaching English, math and science to high school students through WorldTeach, a Harvard University student-run social service agency. In 2010, he co-founded Ignatian Tutoring Services in Miami. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
