PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Maria joined Jose I. Juncadella as founding co-principal of Before launching Fairchild Partners, Maria was involved in the property and project management of investment properties for SSD Fund, Ltd., a private investment fund. Ms Juncadella was formerly an insurance agent with Metropolitan Life, licensed in life, health and property & casualty insurance. LANDLORD ACCOMPLISHMENTS Ms Juncadella has represented TA Realty Associates, one of the largest and most experienced privately held real estate advisors in the United States. Maria has been actively involved in the leasing of over 300,000 square feet of TA’s office portfolio including space at the Atrium in Coral Gables, Bayview, Executive Plaza and Continental Plaza in Coconut Grove. Transactions in 2011 totaled 25 deals with a lease value of over $17,500,000. Maria has also represented RVH Limited Partnership and ACP Partners, LLC, helping these affiliated entities reach 98% occupancy at RVH Office Center in Doral and 95% occupancy at Airport Commerce Park in Dania beach, up from an average of 70% occupancy in 2008. Ms. Juncadella helped secure two subtenants for Great Florida Bank for their Miami Lakes headquarters. Most recently, Maria was involved in the sale of a three-story office building and adjacent development site in South Miami,which sold for $3.5 million.
