Many of Fairchild Partners’ friends and customers have gotten to know Mary Beth Espinoza, our Senior Executive Assistant, as the initial point of contact and able facilitator of our transactions. We are proud to say that Mary Beth takes care of our customers with outstanding courtesy and service. Customers often remark what a valuable difference she makes when dealing with our firm. Our first “Behind the Scenes” entry would like to share with you the fact that Mary Beth is not a Miami native but hails from a small town in Wisconsin and has lived here for ten years now. Nevertheless, she is still a Cheese-head and Green Bay Packer fan at heart! Mid-Westerners pride themselves on their honesty, customer-friendliness and excellent work ethic and Mary Beth represents these qualities par excellence! Before joining Fairchild Partners, she worked in residential real estate for five years. Mary Beth and the rest of the Fairchild team will be celebrating her five-year anniversary with the firm this November.
